Firestone Complete Auto Care - Warranty
I purchased a tire from there and I was explained the perks of purchasing warranty and road hazard. The day the tire gave out on me, I was told that I couldn't just take in the tire, I had to take the whole car.
Then I was told the warranty only offered an allowance based on the tire thread. I explained that since road hazard is unpredictable why purchase the warranty if it goes by thread and she told me I should of talked to an employee that was knowledgeable. So then I was like how can I get on the HR Committee to ensure knowledge people get hired. I ask for the warranty number and was told by Wendy, she didn't know it.
So, where or how do you'll contact the warranty company she said they don't.
All a scam. Will never be going back to Firestone

Monetary Loss: $112.
Preferred solution: Refund for the thread allowance as explained by Wendy.
