It is said to say that this company does not hire intelligent staff,the tech could not even do a simple oil change correctly.When I left the Firestone at 1983 North Highland in Jackson,TN my car was leaking oil and he didn't even want to speak to me about the problem(Terell Boyd)the manager.I can only say that this is worst service I have ever gotten from any business I advise all customers of this to never go have any type of work done here it will only cost you more money in the end.Firestone should be ashamed of hiring such stupid employees.BAD BUSINESS

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: the manager needs to be reprimanded/fired.

I didn't like: Hated the experience.
