I came to get my oil changed at the Firestone on Pantano and Speedway waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to come up and ask what I needed. As I was telling him I needed an oil change he snaps " can you tell your kids not to drink my creamer"!?

There is a box of little creamers in the loby and two of my kids drank one each. I put three creamers in my coffee and I thought they were for customer use, so whats the problem? I turned back and looked at him and he smiled and have an akward giggle like he knew he messed up. Then he told me it would take 1.5 hours.

Previous visit have shown me that they are really bad at predicting when they will be done. The last time I went there they took 40 minutes longer than he said they would.

I got my kids and left. I wont be going back.
