Firestone Complete Auto Care review in Longmont, Colorado: Damaged truck and work that was not done.

they changing oil in front deferential (4X4) and not dome to do tech. damaged blot and work was done. Then I had taken my truck for balancing and alinement. left truck for 3 hours and was told it was done and went on trip and bounced all over the place there and back... went to talk to Fred(magr) and asked about damage and tells me it was like that before I got there. But Sapp (dealer) did some work on it a mouth before and there was no damage.. Fred let me down. I have been with your co. for over 10 years.. Now I'm thinking leaving your Co. unless you can inform me as a customer for over 10 years why should I stay? (I like your new guy at this place.)

I suppose the supervisor...always a nice attitude...got me taken care of sooner than originally stated. Should be out by 12. Would still like to see a faster in and out time with a prescheduled appointment.

I had my vehicle in for tire repair in mid july. Firestone did a complete 21 pt inspection and advised that my brakes and rotors were great. I drove it for 4k miles and noticed a bad vibration. Took it Ford to find out rotors are warped and brakes were bad as well....
