Took my Volkswagen to Firestone for an oil change. They used my oil filter but still charged me for it. Did not replace the drain plug or crush washer as youre supposed to by Volkswagen spec. So now my oil has been leaking. I keep having to spend money to buy oil and put more into there. Also used the wrong grade of oil. 5w30 was used and its supposed to be 5w40.

The oil leak to stop. Refund on the filter I was charged for. Refund on my service because it was not done properly.
