went to get my wind shield wipers changed because I couldnt see while a storm was happening. I arrived at my closest Firestone and was told all three wipers were available. Turns out they had to order them from a nearby auto zone. Literally a block away. took them over an hour to reach out to the store and get my wipers done. very disappointed in the customer service because the situation was treating like a joke and the front store employees were too busy playing on their phones.

Details
Went to store wanting to get headlight bulbs. They quoted a price of 90.00 because it supposedly take 2 hours to take headlight out. What a farce I ended up doing it myself the headlight came out in 5 min. I paid 11.00for blub. Oh I understand they need to be paid a fair price for the labor but that is highway robbery. What crooks. So disappointed.

Issue was resolved at the store level after tires arrived 4 days later. I would suggest consumers always go through the store since ordering online has zero support. All customer support phone numbers are a dead end.

Took my daughter's car in to a Firestone repair facility in Kent Ohio, they wanted to replace parts not needed for a price of 535.00 for rear brakes... needless to say I was not happy...had the towed by AAA to my home 2 hrs away... I repaired the car with all new parts for a total of 128.00 where are they charging me another 400.00 labor...it took me from start to finish 1 and 1/2 hrs. .I will never go to Firestone again or recommend them ... ripping people off is just wrong

From personal experience I would not be inclined to recommend taking your vehicle to Firestone. Unsatisfactory work that could have been fatal. Pursuing a civil suit - Firestone Complete Auto Care review

I went to firestone Stamford for break light fixture the car had no other issues. They called me and said I need a new front brakes for $1000 fix. I have declined it. When I went back to pick up the car the car was making a lot of sound which was never existing. When I complaint about it they responded very rudely about it. Keith the service person said am not going to fix this for you, what you are going do about it. This is very frustrating. I have been doing lot of services from firestone but this was very horrible service. What I am supposed to do now.

Went to front desk gave phone number told had 2 accounts tried to explain only one accunt mine with several cars want number removed from other account since it was not mine. Person at desk said he was stressed out walked away. Talked to assistant manager and this did not seem to elicit any concern or counseling.
