In my post, I did not clarify, that we left the car at Firestone so that they COULD complete the repair. We did not take this car until they signed off on the repair work.

Tires went flat after getting them replaced

Had tire replaced and it went flat in my driveway they also told me not to file complaints through corporate to talk to them first also checked battery and said was bad autozone said was fine

Firestone representative misdiagnosed my vehicle and damaged my rims. The racist Mexican refused to fix my brakes and wrote up bogus paperwork documenting false information. Firestone is deceptive company and hires racist Mexican service technicians to overcharge blacks especially women. Stay away from this company or proceed with extreme caution.

Update on situation

As I still will never go to see there mechanics for trust is a major reason but after everything that has happened and frustrations on both sides I have to say they in the corporate offices are of there words. Or at least who I dealt with.. I got credit for the wrong doings of there mechanics. I am appreciative of that and hopeful things can be a better service.. thank you again Bridgestone.

Called 2 times no answer

I called last Wed. 2 different times and rang the phone about 20 times and got no answer so i went on line and made a reservation for Tues.at 9AM and when i got there they told me first come first served. A couple of months ago i needed an oil change and went there and they told me i needed to make an appointment so that's what i did so which is it does anybody know this is amateur hour i don't know how you stay in business, there were 6 or 7 people there that had the same problem it was like a circus.
