had an appointment for noon on 11/11/2019 for an oil change and tire rotation . drove 10 miles to get there on time. asked how long about 45min.the manager said they are busy and it would be 3hrs before they could do it i said have an appointment at noon i also said no-one called to even let me know about the 3hr delay. if they cant even schedule an oil change and inconvenience a customer like they did.i recommend take your business somewhere else.

You really should have taken them up on their offer to fix what they broke and, if not acceptable once they fixed it, make them do it correctly---or, take legal action if not. I see the company responded to your complaint and wish to hear from you. Do so.

If you are looking for a good auto/truck service facility, DO NOT GO TO "CHAIN/CORPORATE" shops. Your best bet is to use an INDENPENDENT service shop/facility.

Here you will have better technitions for a good job at more reasonable prices. As always, ask the shop for an estimate and time for the services being performed.
