Rented a car thru Enterprise and company that uses you wen in to store magnolia and ball in California. Store front clerk Joe s lack of customer service Told me and hour.

Wen I came back was out side talking to a girl not related to store.

Came in didn't acknowledge me waited an hour I asked wats going on said waiting for authorizion to replace wIted another 30 mins mean while other staff taking care of there friends why do I say that while hugs and kisses given and little kid playing in pit sword fights with Another employee. Wen I said wats going on he got on phone called our Corp he said that's wat he has to do and we I called Enterprise they said no that was written g he started to argue and I don't appreciate the way he was talking to me so if you could please get this taken care of because it's not proper customer service they have a company represent another company and these kind of things go
