I asked what was included in the lifetime service I have , he said "alignment and rotation," I answered I want "that service" today; plus oil change. I asked.

I how long will take the service, he answer wait 2 hours, That's not what I asked,but can I make an appointment? He still saying wrong answer. Third time he understood my question. So, service time placed.

They called me to ask if I want filter change, I said yes. When I pick up my car, alignment was not done. I asked why, answer was you did not requested. I said "I want that service" ( meaning all must be included in the lifetime alignment service).

Well you have to say it. (Well I did) They called me to get me into the filter change ( additional charge), but they didn't ask for alignment because is no charge because is included in the lifetime service, and is common to have it with the rotation. He argued with me saying if you go Mc Donald and ask for meal you have to tell them what meal. But I asked for the "service I have" and he said included rotation and alignment (specified), so was a *** comparison answer, bad customer service, need to listen what customer ask for, and improved customer service, should never argue with customer instead find a solution, specially if I was right.

This place is at 49th St. Pinellas Park, FL.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Improve customer service, and apology, and refunded the oil amout to compensate the hard time I received from the employe..
