FIRESTONE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE ADVISOR I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS CALEB.

THE ADVISOR IN THE STORE WAS A DIFFERENT GUY, HIS NAME WAS MAX. HE KEPT TALKING. HE (MAX) WOULD NOT LET ME GO. MAX WENT INTO THIS HIGH PRESSURE SELLS PITCH.

I SAID LET ME GET MY SON ON THE LINE. I WILL LET MY SON MAKE THE DECISION. MAX TOLD MY SON THE JOB THEY WERE SUGGESTING WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. MY SON RELAYED TO ME MAX HAD TOLD HIM MY CAR WOULD BE FIXED.

LET ME TELL YOU, IT DID NOT. SO I'M OUT $129.74. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD CO, WWW.CFNA.COM.

THEY TOOK THE WORD OF FIRESTONE AND DISMISSED MY DISPUTE. I HAVE PERFECT CREDIT, I'D HATE TO LOSE IT DUE TO A RIPOFF CHARGE.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE!!!

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Firestone Complete Auto Care Cons: Quick buck ripoff, Faulty service, Excessive charge for part, Did not check car.
