Firestone Complete Auto Care - Firestone sucks
So I was driving on a very busy interstate and had a flat. Spare tire was not worth anything but it got me 1 mile down the road to a firestone.
I ask them if I could buy a used tire.. they don't sell them. No big deal. So I ask to fix my flat.
No problem.. I go to get the flat and its not there.. in my aggravation and heat exhaustion I left it by accident on side of the interstate. I ask eagerly if someone can ride me 1 mile down the street to get it.
Was told they are not authorized to do that. Now its pouring down rain and I have to beg my wife with a 2 year old daughter to go 20 miles from home to go get the tire. 1 hour later after bad traffic she lets me know that it was already stolen. So now I have to buy all 4 tires and rims.
So I find a good deal else where and I call firestone if they can install them. The tires are already on the rims they just need to be installed. Was told that they cant install any tire or rim unless it is bought from them and that they are all brand new.. So it all comes down to ..
all firestone want is your money. They don't care at all for the customer. Was charged previously $550 for a new serpentine belt and a battery. Thought I would give them one more chance.
Now this is it. Firestone sucks. The ones I went to are in san Antonio.
One on a military installation and the other on Perrin Bietle road in San Antonio. Steer Clear!
