I first took my vehicle in because it was overheating. I was told I had a cracked heater hose, $600 later I was on my way.

Less than 14 days after the first visit my vehicle is overheating again. I take my vehicle back to Firestone and this time I have a leaking radiator, $800 later I leave the shop. About another 14 days go by and my vehicle is overheating again. Apparently there still is a problem that was not correctly identified and repaired the first or second time.

Today I will be taking my vehicle back into this shop for a third time in 30 days for the same issue. I don't know if it is a matter of maintenance repairer competence, diagnostic test equipment failure, a money grab or combination of one or all.

What I do know is that I've paid close to $1500 to have me vehicle repaired and I still have the same problem two visits later. So again Firestones "Fixed Right Service Guarantee" is a joke at Store 330295 in Goodyear Arizona.

Reason of review: Not fixed after two visits.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
