I didn't see nor feel a problem with the way the car drove and heard no noise that wasn't there before putting my car in their hands. I WAS a long time customer of Firestone.Was getting worse each visit. This was the last straw. Made an appointment for 11am to have 4 new tires put on. Was told at that time it would take an 1 1/2.
