Annual vehicle inspection: I changed the two light bulbs for the rear license plate myself because the inspection showed the bulbs worn out and I had to replace them to pass the inspection. I changed them, paying $6.50 for two bulbs at an Autozone nearby, to save $34.

When I went back to show them that the lights were working and to get my inspection sticker, they had me waiting for a whole hour. I spent about $1000 there on annual inspection and repair for three vehicles in the past several days there.

They are certainly not nice enough to make feel that I am a valued customer. I am quite disappointed.
