Firestone Complete Auto Care - Lousy Managed West Haven CT. Store

had appointment 9/28/19 sat. 730am west haven ct. sawmill rd. 2 men working ,me and another guy waiting for appoitments nobody doing nothing , I said give me my keys and took my car 7 miles next town in milford ct. few people there took me in right away , did the same thing a couple of weeks ago with wifes car and the milford ct. firestone took me right in , the manager in miford store better managed then the west haven store , west haven store needs better managed crew .. I suppose the supervisor...always a nice attitude...got me taken care of sooner than originally stated. Should be out by 12. Would still like to see a faster in and out time with a prescheduled appointment.

Yeah, good luck with Firestone. They are horrible.

I've been trying to get them to make good on a bad alternator job they did for my son in college at an Austin, TX location. Alternator only lasted 3 months. After the store manager and area manager wouldn’t do anything, I had my issue escalated multiple times. I have had 39 email correspondence with the Firestone customer service over the last 6 months.

I’ve made calls to their corporate office that they won’t return or allow me to talk to someone at a high enough level to solve my issue. I was told a regional manager would call in 48 hours...no call. Next I was told a divisional manager would call in 48 hours...no call. Finally I was told my issue was escalated to corporate and would revive a call within 72 hours...no call.

I guess they think if they ignore us long enough and never call, we will simply forget and give up. I think I made them mad when I went to the BBB with my complaint. They offered me an oil change coupon and then proceeded to block me from posting comments on their facebook page. I’m surprised I’m able to post this.

I’m sure it will be taken down.

Now I educate others about the risk you take using Firestone. What an organization.

I had my vehicle in for tire repair in mid july. Firestone did a complete 21 pt inspection and advised that my brakes and rotors were great. I drove it for 4k miles and noticed a bad vibration. Took it Ford to find out rotors are warped and brakes were bad as well....
