I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 5pm, and arrived on time. I patiently waited for 30 minutes without my car being touched.

I then saw a couple arrive ten minutes later and pull inside the garage in their car and get serviced before I did. I also noticed that the gentleman driving the car was friends with the manager. I’m sooooooo upset. This is totally unfair treatment.

Firestone is the only place I get all three of my cars serviced and this is the thanks I get.
