Wife took our car in for oil change. Left with a leaking oil pan and a motor fan running continuously. Have called and called customer service and left messages with at least 2 people and havent heard from anyone in 10 days! Never go to firestone in carlisle pa.

Had a 12 o clock appointment for an inspection and they told me it will be an hour and a half. 2 hours later i come back and the car had not even been brought in and their excuse was that the mechanic went to lunch.
