On Dec 7, 2010, I had my tires rotated and oil changed at the Firestone Service Center in Lawton, OK. After the work was completed, I got in my 2004 Ford Econoline 250 and drove off. After traveling about four blocks, I looked at the windshield to see the service sticker as to when my next oil change was due. To my surprise, there was no service sticker on the windshield. I went back to the... Read more

I took my 2000 F150 in for an oil change. It took nearly 45 minutes + to complete the change. I thought to be more time than needed. The cost of the service was very fair as I did have a coupon. A new battery was recommended at a cost of $140 + installation. You must be price gouging at that price. A new set of tires was recommended because mine where 7 years old, not because of wear. hum Above... Read more

Save your time and money by going anywhere else. They will not do honest business with you. I am still picking up the pieces from over a year ago when I needed my car repaired. Bad company. Read more

I purchased a lifetime alignment from them a feww years ago as Was related to the service manager at a chain store andhe did very honest workand ran his area well. he quit when he found out the store manager was stealing from the company and the owners would get rid of the crook. I now decided to take my car to a different branch store, rather than work with a thief. This branch wasn't any... Read more

FIRESTONE IN DEER PARK, TEXAS, DID SHODDY WORK ON MY OIL CHANGES, BY NOT FILLING ANYTHING UP OR TOLD ME THAT MY FLUIDS WERE LOW , I WAS LUCKY THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM. I CHECKED BOTH OF MY FLUID LEVELS WHEN I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN AND THERE WERE NO FLUIDS IN EITHER MY WIFE'S CAR OR IN MY DODGE TRUCK . AS A GENERAL RULE, BEFORE I GO ON ANY TRIP, I CHECK ALL MY FLUID LEVELS AND THEY WERE DRY ON... Read more

Car leaked bad after oil change. Took it back. Tried to charge me for another oil change plus a new drain plug. Changed my thermostat and didnt refill antifreeze. Firestone tries to take advantage of people. Especially women. Booo firestone Add comment

I took my 2001 Lincoln town car to Firestone they said that it was the Alarm ringer and that they couldn't fix it and they said the only one who can fix it is a Dealership so I had to get it towed to the Dealership, and they said that the Alarm ringer was not the issue it was the Fuel pump, all I can say about Firestone is they don't know what there doing, they need to Close cause Customer... On a routine service visit Firestone technician put water in my brake fluid reservoir. Within weeks my entire brake system was destroyed, the tubes, lines, master cylinder, whole shabang. They denied any culpability and were very rude and unresponsive to my calls and requests. They refused to even look at the car when the dealership mechanic called them to discuss it. I had the BAR inspect them... Read more

Had a large screw in my drivers side front tire that caused it to go flat. Put in enough air to get it to Firestone where after 2 1/2 hours I was told it was fixed. (The service mgr. had looked at it, said it was fixable, and wrote it up.) The next day the same tire was flat yet again. As I was putting air in it at a nearby gas station a mechanic who had a patched kit fixed it in 5 minutes. (The... Read more
