I asked what was included in the lifetime service I have , he said "alignment and rotation," I answered I want "that service" today; plus oil change. I asked. I am a longtime consumer of Firestone but in the past few years I have been jilted..This time Im done.Went in for an oil change because I was going out of town..Technician found a nail in my tire..He called me and approval given by me to repair..When presented complete work..I was told that I needed a new tire and one was ordered..Now Im pleased..I quickly remembered that my wiper fluid was not working so I asked desk clerk to see if it was... Worst customer service I have dealt with in the auto service industry ever. Every attempt to get service done is met with one of the people on duty telling you how busy they are, and that it will most likely be two days before they can get the car back to you. We took our 05 malibu maxx to the oakville. Mo. Firestone to have our master cylinder replaced. Soon after leaving we stopped at an intersection when the traction control warning light came on and the display screen read "reduced engine power". The engine was at 600rpm and would not accelarate any higher. We immediatly called the Firestone they had us turn off the engine to reset the computer and bring the car in. This is the second complaint i have put in , i have been getting the run around.I currently had tires installed and i was upset in the store being told i needed exta things, i was also told to mount and balance was free as well as an alignment check,she had stated i needed alignment i asked the price was ok with it being that im having 4 tires installed . I was at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tn today, came in at about 4:30 in the afternoon and had an issue that was going to take a longer than normal time to fix. 1st going to Firestone today... and not pleased with the results.. My Mini van was blowing cold air out the driver side 2 vents and warm air out the passenger side 3 front vents. I have always trusted Firestone for all of my service needs and have bought tires for each of the five cars we have owned. Today we brought in our 2012 Jeep that my daughter drives to get it prepared for a trip she plans to take. The car only has 36,000 miles on it and is driven less than an average of about ten miles or so a day. We had just purchased five new tires for this Jeep from Firestone in February.
