Brutal service. Dropped my sons truck off yesterday for front brakes and an oil change so he could drive back to college. Called mid-aft today to check on status. Told 5 pm. Not ready at 5. Ready at 6. Not bad, right? Wrong. Truck just hit the lift. Service manager told me he had other customers to handle. With 5 kids, 8 cars and thousands spent at Firestone, I will let said manager take care of his other customers. Read more

Avoid this place. I went for tune in, and they did something else I didn't ask and then charged me for a lot. They changed the 4 spark plugs that cost $ 59.96 and the cost of removal and replaced the spark plugs was $ 111.- (ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN US DOLLARS). I imagine their mechanic must have some PhD degree or higher. Then they do some Cooling System Pressure Test and changed my air filter. I didn't ask them to check the air condition, since mine... I went to Firestone at 201 W Rio Grande, Victoria TX 77901 on Friday, August 26, 2016 for a tune up. What happened then will surprise you! You won't believe such a thing still happened in USA. They don't do what I asked them to do, instead they do whatever they like to do. They replace the 4 spark parks for $ 59.96 and the labor for removal and replace the spark plugs is $ 111.- (ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN US DOLLARS). Wow!! Did it need a PhD degree to... Read more

They diagnosed my car and was unable to fix the issue and still charged me a diagnostic fee. I still had to take my car to the dealership and pay the dealership to diagnose it and fix the problem. I've been doing business with Firestone since I was 16 but I promise I will never do business with them again. Read more

I brought my car into have a coolant flush, and replace engine and cabin air filters. I was told it would take an hour. I scheduled a week in advance for 11:00 am. I arrived 15 minutes early. I had made a doctor appointment for 1:15 thinking 2hrs and 15 minutes would give them plenty of extra time in case it took longer than an hour. Well, 2 hours later at 1:00pm, they were still putting my car back together. If I hadn't gotten mad it... Read more

Thank goodness for an honest garage at Liberty! Firestone Fort Bragg, NC is not even worth the one star. Less than a year ago my engine light came on and I took my car to Fort Bragg Firestone. That first trip cost me $1,500 and then within 50 miles back to Arlington, VA my car engine light came on again. Back to Firestone Fort Bragg where they charged me another $450 for a "different issue". 50 miles back to Arlington, VA (where I live but... Read more

I purchased 4 tires from Firestone in Dallas TX in May for my daughter, a student at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock TX. The tires were for her 2009 Chevy Equinox with around 70,000 miles on the odometer. My daughter called and complained that the car was driving bad and shaking. This was in August less than 3 months of having the tires, driven at less than 4000 miles driven on the tires. The Firestone Tech told my daughter that the tires were... Read more

CI#234718 07/28/16 Store#017086 Lic plate PurpleHeart CAL MO. Vin#jm3lw28g3y0143830; I hope this not taking advantage of my wife ! She ask as the process moved along about the VA price I got at the local VA @leavenwoth. The hurried process at the end seemed OK to my wife. As we read the paperwork a few days later ( I know we should have sooner, but we always trusted this shop before!) I tried the suggested Survey (I'm not very good at the... Read more

I had 4 tires put on this morning at Firestone on Bannister Rd. in Kansas City, Mo. I didn't see nor feel a problem with the way the car drove and heard no noise that wasn't there before putting my car in their hands. No that's not my problem, my problem is finding out after running a few errands..my Bollé safety sunglass case contained a pair of sunglasses I don't where. Now I had no one in my car and I had jus got of work an hour before coming... Read more
